The building was constructed by PepsiCo Inc. in 1987 as the corporate headquarters facility for the Pepsi Bottling Group. Located in Katonah, Westchester County, New York, The campus sits on over lush 206 acres, with scenic views of the Muscoot Reservoir.

From 2004 to 2010 General Motors shared the building with PepsiCo Inc. by occupying the 8th floor. 
GM vacated their space in 2010 and in January of 2011 Pepsi Bottling Group leased the entire building. 
Pepsi left in 2016 and in January of 2017 Sebastian Capital Inc. reopened the building to new tenants. 
The property was sold in 1998 to the Witkoff Group. PepsiCo Inc. became the tenant.  
One Pepsi Way was acquired by Murray Hill Properties in 2006.
In 2015 the property was acquired by Sebastian Capital Inc. 
Now the property is called The Urban Campus and is home to more than 15 startups and established companies. 


The property is situated approximately 20 miles north of White Plains. Express train service is available to Grand Central Terminal from the Katonah train station.
